Counsels
In the near future we envision involving all kinds of different Counsels, which different backgrounds and experiences (such as without limitation corporate finance and tax advisors, strategic consultants, catalysts, C-level advisors, et cetera). Any and all Counsels will be hired on a freelance basis only.
However, please note that currently we are only hiring Legal Counsels, on a freelance basis only, and with a specific profile including certain minimum of experience and skills:
1. Senior lawyer with a Dutch law degree, so with at least four (4) years of relevant experience (as attorney at law or legal counsel) in one or more of the following fields: Corporate Law, Business Law, Commercial Law, HRM/Employment Law, M&A, Corporate Finance Transactions, IP/IPR, IT, High Tech, and;
2. To be fluent in Dutch, and (at least almost) fluent in English;
3. To be able to think in creative solutions, not in problems, and to have passion, ambition & dedication for Business, People, Innovation and Legal.
